Job Description

At OMNI.PRO we are a team of passionate people. Our goal is to help our clients to solve Omnichannel transformation challenges through services and disruptive products. We combine technological solutions, digital commerce, logistics, operations, strategic advise, legal and financial services, and customer care to give an inclusive answer to E-Commerce and Omnichannel initiatives.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. This person will need to work close to customers, developers and managers of each area in our production process in order to deliver fast and high-quality solutions to systems integration challenges that improve electronic commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform testing protocols on multiple projects communicating with developers and project managers.
  • Responsible for keeping the quality of your team deliveries up to OMNI.PRO's standards.
  • Communicating with customers to funnel requirements and change management..
  • Give UI/UX feedback to the development team.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor diploma in computing or similar.
  • High engagement, integrity, enthusiasm, proactivity, positive thinking, teamwork.
  • Disposition to learn about new technologies and methodologies.
  • Fluidity in both oral and written English and Spanish.
